Margo Jean is 5'10" tall.   She owns 7 pairs of boots (5 of which put her over 6' tall).   It's really 9 pairs of boots if you include the suede ones.  One loses count after 21 hats, but she swears she's going to give them all away one day at a Rubes show.  Most of the time it is difficult to know whether she is serious or joking. 

For a while I thought she was a witch or something, to which she answered "I'm somthing anyway."   For a while I thought she was a lesbian or something, but she just smiled at that and asked if I was hitting on her.    It turned out her bass player was her boyfriend back then in Tucson.   The Rubes which began performing in 2002 in Chicago is an entirely new rhythm section.
