Our Returns Policy

You may return damaged items sold by Randomosity Records within 30 days of delivery for a replacement of the same item. Please note that we are unable to exchange items (however, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item we will correct the situation). We cannot accept returns of any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Please see the cancellation policy for Randomosity FITNESS for returns on subscription deals.
