Our Returns Policy

You may return damaged items sold by Randomosity FITNESS within 30 days of delivery for a replacement of the same item.

Please note that we are unable to exchange for other items (if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item we will correct the situation).

We cannot accept returns of any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Cancellation of your subscription before the 12 month period forfeits discounted pricing on CDs received as part of the subscription deal and incurs a charge of $2 per CD received at the discounted rate.
